NVIDIA GTC 2025 Keynote: A Glimpse into the Future of AI and Robotics

GTC2025 Keynote

Many of us have likely seen the video highlights from NVIDIA’s GTC 2025 Keynote, which CEO Jensen Huang aptly dubbed the “AI Superbowl.” One of the most charming moments was Jensen’s interaction with “Blue,” a delightful little robot born from Project Newton, a cross-collaboration between NVIDIA, Disney Research, and Google DeepMind. This keynote not only showcased the cutting-edge advancements in AI but also highlighted NVIDIA’s vision for the future of technology.

Here’s a breakdown of the key announcements and what they mean for the industry, and for Bitdeer AI users:

Key Announcements from NVIDIA GTC 2025:

  • Grace Blackwell in Full Production: With next-gen AI models potentially featuring trillions of parameters, the NVIDIA Blackwell NVL72 systems are crucial for meeting these demands. See here for more information on GB200 systems that will be available soon on Bitdeer AI.
  • Vera Rubin Architecture: The successor to Blackwell, NVIDIA’s next-generation superchip, combines the Vera CPU and Rubin GPU to deliver twice the performance of its predecessor, Grace Blackwell. With 4.2x more memory, 2.4x the bandwidth, and 288GB of HBM4, Vera Rubin is set to revolutionize AI and high-performance computing when it launches in late 2026, followed by Vera Rubin Ultra in 2027. This breakthrough promises unparalleled power and efficiency for future AI workloads.
  • NVIDIA Dynamo: A new open-source inference software designed to accelerate and scale AI reasoning models, optimizing performance and reducing costs for AI factories. It efficiently orchestrates inference requests across thousands of GPUs, leveraging disaggregated serving to separate processing and generation phases of large language models (LLMs) for maximum resource utilization. Dynamo significantly boosts token generation and inference efficiency, as demonstrated by its 30x performance improvement on the DeepSeek-R1 model when using NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs.
  • "Blue," Robotics and AI Collaboration: Powered by a new physics engine to simulate robotic movements, Project Newton introduced Blue, a collaborative effort with Disney Research and Google DeepMind. An open-source model of Newton is set to arrive later in 2025, paving the way for more accessible robotics development.
  • NVIDIA’s DGX Spark: The rebranded successor to Project DIGITS, is set to redefine edge computing with its compact, Mac Mini-sized form factor. Featuring a GPU with fifth-generation Tensor Cores and FP4 support, DGX Spark delivers up to 1,000 trillion operations per second (TOPS) of AI compute, making it ideal for fine-tuning and inference with the latest AI reasoning models. The GB10 GPU, specifically optimized for this desktop-sized powerhouse, ensures high performance in a small footprint.

What This Means for Bitdeer AI Users:

At Bitdeer AI, we’re thrilled to announce that we will soon be deploying the GB200 NVL72 (Grace Blackwell) servers, widely regarded as the strongest GPU servers available. Users can reserve these systems now and soon leverage their unparalleled power for their AI workloads.

Additionally, we’re exploring the integration of NVIDIA Dynamo into our infrastructure to supercharge our inference engines. This will significantly enhance inference performance, enabling faster and more efficient AI model deployment for our users.

With DGX Spark coming out and as edge computing gains traction, we predict that it will pave the way for hybrid agentic systems, where lightweight local agents handle on-device tasks while more compute-intensive agents such as planners will be able to leverage our Bitdeer AI cloud-based Model as a Service (MaaS) or even customized training solutions. This seamless integration of edge and cloud capabilities promises to unlock new possibilities in AI deployment, enabling users to balance efficiency, scalability, and performance like never before.

As Jensen Huang highlighted the growing importance of reasoning models and reinforcement learning processes, we invite you to explore the capabilities of Bitdeer AI through our demo video.
